Nour is a bilingual Associate in the firm’s Dubai office. Nour specialises in international and domestic corporate and transactional work involving M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, onshore and offshore corporate structures, contractual arrangements and related areas. She has recently joined Ince & Co. as an associate after completing her training contract at an international law firm’s offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Nour’s experience includes both transactional deals and project development in various sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, transport and oil & gas. Nour has engaged with local and GCC government agencies and ministries, advising on laws and regulations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait Oman and England.
