Meet the Seatrade Maritime 20 Under 40: Leader of Tomorrow – Natalie Jensen

We are delighted to announce that Natalie Jensen, Partner from our office has been recognised as a 20 under 40 winner, announced on Tuesday 14 December! This is an amazing accomplishment and we as a team are extremely proud of Natalie for her achievement.

As part of Seatrade Maritime Middle East, the largest in-person exhibition and conference taking place during UAE Maritime Week, an exciting new initiative was introduced called ‘The 20 Under 40 Awards’, which celebrates the top 20 industry professional leaders under the age of 40 spearheading the development of maritime markets in the Middle East region. Points to be considered as part of the judging process were the achievements of each nominee and evidence demonstrating their leadership, ambition, and commitment to the industry.

Natalie was nominated for a “20 under 40” award due to her technical excellence and reputation for delivering first-class legal services to her clients. Her innovative approach to case management and team leadership has led to both multiple wins for clients (including ground-breaking judgments which are the first of their kind) and respect and support from her team at Ince. Natalie’s outstanding legal knowledge and ability to build strong client relationships both in the region and internationally have resulted in her appointment as Partner. Natalie is understood to be the only female maritime Partner in Dubai under the age of 40. She is an outstanding team player and passionate about the development of the maritime industry, particularly with regard to the next generation of lawyers whom she takes an active role in mentoring and supporting both within Ince and the wider maritime and legal industry.

If you have any maritime related queries, please feel free to reach out to Natalie.
